Confidence Building – A Gratitude List


This activity allows participants to devise their own list of things to be grateful for.

This activity directs the attendees to consider the aspects of their lives that are fortunate, helpful or deserving of recognition. It builds confidence when people realize how much they have, they feel more empowered to move forward and not be held back by real or perceived problems.

Purpose for participants:

Writing a list of things that you’re grateful for focuses your mind on the positive and builds confidence as you become more aware of what resources you have already, rather than focusing on what you don’t have.
