When people get to know each other better barriers dissolve, they open up, and learning can take place. This activity will make the group more alert, engaged and willing to try something new, with the benefit of building communication and confidence skills in the process.
Purpose for participants:
This activity gets everyone on their feet, walking around the space and talking to each other. It’s a fun way to invigorate a room with energy. The exercise aims to facilitate ‘breaking the ice’ in a group of people who have just met, or who don’t know each other very well.
