Peer Interviews


This activity is a super role-play that demystifies the way in which interviews work, enables people to step into a character. The participants form different interpersonal relationships as well as enjoy changing a traditional learning space into an active learning space.

The interviewers must put together a list of questions together, work out who will play which role and agree on the feedback afterwards. The interviewee must take their lead from the interviewers and respond to them within the role play.

Purpose for participants:

This activity challenges people to work together in different ways. While removing the intrigue around interviews it establishes a sense of empathy with those on both sides of the table. Finally, this activity is a wonderful opportunity to teach every participant how to offer effective critical feedback.
